As such, you can return any defective items within 7 days of receiving them. Besides that, our return policy covers items that are defective, the items which are not listed on our site and dead on arrival items.
Kindly note that the products which you have misused or improperly used are not covered by our policy. Kindly note that you are responsible for the return shipping charges and it is not pre-paid by us. Moreover, return shipping charges is non-refundable unless and until you received the wrong item from us. And once we have confirmed that you have received the wrong item from us, you will be provided with a return label.

We will inspect and analyze thoroughly on receiving the returned item. And if found to be defective, as mentioned, we will send a replacement product at the earliest at no cost, as long as the product is available in our inventory. Conversely, we will reimburse the money to your account in the mode of payment used to execute the purchase if the product is not available in our collection. Furthermore, we reserve the right to issue a store credit or return the product if they are found to be fully functional on testing.
The returned merchandise must include every item that you received with the product. Kindly include the packaging that was included with the item.

How to return a product from Vape Saudi?
Pack the item to be returned safely and securely, either in a box or envelope of your choice. Also include the order number, your name and contact information.
